Equipment Description
This equipment is a flame-proof diesel LHD, mainly used for loose material's loading&transportation in thin seam tunnel, tunnel&sump's cleaning, cable transportation, tool box transportation, steel wire rope clear up, chute handling etc. Its overall dimension is 7860mm×2240mm×1620mm, low height with good vision; It is featured by good flexibility, enough power, high efficiency and stable performance etc...
Technical Features:
Structure:
The whole machine adopted central articulated mode between front frame and rear frame.
bilateral steering cylinder and fully hydraulic steering to ensure flexibility and stability.
Working mechanism adopted reverse 6 link mechanism, bucket is domestically pioneered horizontal push-off type. Dumping height is greatly reduced, performance is stable and technology is mature.
Swing mode adopted rear frame swing mode, operation is safe and comfortable.
Power transmission system:
Power system is based on 85kW Cummins flame-proof turbo diesel engine. Also equipped with coal-safety-certified pneumatic start, electrical protection system.
Transmission system is hydraulic-mechanic and four wheel drive, reliable performance.
Hydraulic system:
Hydraulic key components are all imported internationally famous brand.
Adopted the technology of double pump confluence, when steering does not work, all the oil will flow toward working system to reduce the working pumps' displacement and avoid the oil temperature raise, thus guarantee the system's stability and greatly lengthen hydraulic components' service life.
The prefill valve and foot brake valve are America MICO, ensure the safety and reliability during operation.
Cabin:
Outside has good anti-collision and protective performance to ensure the driver's safety.
Each operation component have reasonable arrangement, good operation performance and comfortable condition.
